As a telecommunications executive
with over
25-years experience in video, data, voice and wireless, Jay M.
Abbazia founded Broadband Agreement Specialists, Inc. with a mission
to obtain the most innovative telecommunications services, at the
best pricing for clients. As a former South Florida Homeowner
Association Board Member and President, he understands the
management, fiscal and legal challenges faced by today’s homeowner
and condominium associations.
As Director of Product Marketing Management at
AT&T, he was responsible for BellSouth Americast® franchised cable television marketing
operations and MDU video agreement negotiation/management for
Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Additionally, he served as a
50-state Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the AT&T Legislative Review
Process for pending Shared Tenant/Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) and
Building Access Exclusive Agreements.
Throughout his career,
he has negotiated and/or managed thousands of cable video service
bulk and right-of-entry agreements on behalf of telco and cable television
providers. His telecommunications career experience includes
marketing and operations in Cable Television, Satellite Television, IPTV Video, Telco DSL Data, Cable Modem Data, WiMAX Wireless Data,
Traditional Telephone and GSM Cellular Telephone.
