Concierge Partnership for Success is our proven process for providing concierge level consulting services, education and project management based on the individual needs of our clients.  Please take a moment to review the services and expertise we provide on behalf of our clients:
We negotiate new, renewal and early renewal access, marketing and bulk agreements!
We negotiate new, renewal and early renewal access, marketing and bulk agreements!
Private Property Rights & Marketing Rights (Non-Bulk Agreement Communities): Do you know which telecom service providers have contractual rights to service and market at your property? OR, are telecom providers currently serving marketing on your community property without contractual rights?  Virtually all multifamily, mobile home parks, condominium and private community homeowner associations have some form of telecommunications "access" or "easement" agreement in place, which gives permission to providers to bring their cable, satellite, Internet and/or telephone services onto your community's private property.  They also may have a marketing or exclusive marketing agreement.  It is important to know and understand which companies may or may not have Access and Marketing Rights for your community.  We may be able to help you to obtain tens of thousands of dollars in financial compensation, even without a bulk agreement! (Private property easement and access rights vary in "Mandatory Access States").

Bulk Cable and Internet Service Agreements: New & Renewal: Do you currently have a bulk service agreement for cable television, satellite television and/or Internet services?  If your agreement will expire or renew within the next 18-24 months, then it is time to begin evaluating your options.  The longer you wait, the less options you may have.  If you start early, you won't be rushed, and you will likely have greater options.  Plus you may be able to renew early with your existing service provider, while saving money and negotiating a more robust level of services.  A perfect example is a community that early renews an existing bulk agreement and adds high-definition, potentially for less money than they are paying today.  Many communities are saving even more money by negotiating a Cable/Internet bulk bundled, on average saving individual residents hundreds of dollars per year!  As your advocate, we will seek multiple alternate proposal options, which will enable you learn more about your service and financial options, so that you may select the best service and pricing options for your community.

Technology Expertise: Our 35-years + experience in video, data, voice and wireless telecommunications provides us with the knowledge and capability to help you to evaluate how today’s ever-changing technologies can benefit and best fit your community needs.  Traditional Cable Television, IPTV, Streaming Video, Satellite Television, 1Gig Internet, etc.  With all of these converged services, it can be a bit confusing to say the least.  We will also help you to better understand the debate over Fiber vs. Coax, and the advantages and disadvantages of each product and technology, while we educate and empower you to ultimately make better decisions for your community.  Leveraging our relationships, we will work with service providers to schedule formal product presentations should you so desire.

Successful Marketing & Bulk Agreement Negotiation Strategies | Broadband Agreement Specialists, Inc.
Negotiation of Agreements on Behalf of Client: Based on the results of our proposal request process, and our subsequent consultations with you, we will move forward to facilitate the agreement negotiations.  Our goal is to minimize service costs to residents, while maximizing service options and financial compensation to our client property owners and associations. We will manage the process including access/easement issues, services provided, pricing, agreement term length, and other important terms and conditions.  We will also work in conjunction with your legal counsel in an effort to finalize an agreement that best meets your business and service needs.  Unlike other broadband telecommunications consulting groups, we do not list our clients on or website, because your business is not the business of our other clients or our potential clients.

Agreement and Service Implementation: After facilitating execution of the agreement between service provider and our client, we will follow-up to help ensure that the selected provider implements the services as committed, and works to fulfill the obligations under the terms and conditions of the agreement.  This includes the wiring or rewiring of your property, as may be negotiated in your agreement with coax or fiber.

Equipment Placement on Your Private Property: Have you been recently approached by the local cable or telephone company with a request to place their equipment on your private property?  As cable and telephone technologies advance, so does the need to install additional more advanced equipment, such as fiber optic terminal units (OTN and ONU) and video ready access device (VRAD) equipment.  This equipment placement is essential for the operation of service provider customer networks.  We can assist you in negotiating "fair and equitable" compensation in exchange for granting rights to place this equipment on your private property in areas outside of existing easements.

Your community is a valuable source of revenue for telecom service providers.  Let us help you secure the most advanced services, at the most competitive rates, with “up-front” compensation.  Call us today for a FREE No-Obligation Consultation and Informational Review at 954.889.1967, toll-free at 1.877.826.1625, or complete the Information Request Form.  We will respond to you promptly to discuss potential service and agreement options for your community.  At Broadband Agreement Specialists, Inc., we're your broadband residential communications consulting services group focused on your community's telecommunications needs.
